Overview

Indexus TriSense Dx is a multifunction instrument platform that can operate both as an automated hematology analyzer delivering CBC results with 5-part differential and as a sensitive multi-color fluorescence flow cytometer performing cellular and bead-based  molecular Dx and immunoassays. It is a compact, low-cost, benchtop device that is easily transportable. The instrument is designed for ease-of-use in small and medium sized laboratories. Using the graphical user interface (GUI) of the instrument, the operator will select to run the instrument either in an automated hematology analyzer mode or in a flow cytometer mode, depending on the test prescribed by the physician for any given sample.

BEAD-BASED IMMUNOASSAYS
Measurement of HIV antibody using bead-based immunoassay (on the Indexus TriSense Dx platform). Here various titrated amounts of HIV antinbodies were detected in human serum matrix.
HIV-antibody test results for patient samples run on the Indexus TriSense Dx platform, uisng bead-based immunoassay. Five of the samples were HIV positive (red) and five HIV-negative (black). Results were 100% accurate.
Measurement of HIVp24 protein using bead-based immunoassay on the Indexus TriSense Dx platform. Here titrated amounts of p24 antigens were detected in human serum matrix. The black histogram is a serum sample with no p24 added in the serum, and the colored histograms represent serum samples with p24.
